Look, I've worn every brand. I've played college basketball and volleyball, and lived through shin splits, tendonitus, ACL replacement, and a few years of plantar fasciatus. Very painful. I finally settled on New Balance about 10 years ago. They've been making basketball shoes that long! And here we are in the 800 and 900 series. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, hands down. I also wear arch supports. No more fasciatus. And the 889's and 904's are super light as well! Now, do they match up against Kobe's? Or LeBron's? or even Team Addidas? I wouldn't know. I haven't spent over $75 on basketball shoes in over ten years!! If you care about comfort, get 'em. I'm on my fourth pair in two years. Love em!Heavy shoe, well made but difficult to adjust for proper fit because it is like a hiking boot sneaker or storm trooper boot, not the sole but the body of shoe.It is a good shoe for the "SALE" price. Looks really good and feels pretty good. Actually runs about a half size small.
